By accessing InsightPulse, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InsightPulse ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at insightpulse.com (the "Site") and our market intelligence platform (the "Service").

By registering for an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time.

  • All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider (Stripe).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time upon notice to you.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Service, render the Service inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Service or the Content.

Prohibited Activities Include:

  • [X] Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or rate limits.
  • [X] Reverse engineering the AI prompting systems or platform architecture.
  • [X] Using the platform to generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful material.
  • [X] Reselling or white-labeling the reports without an Enterprise Enterprise agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, Service, and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InsightPulse and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of our Company.

However, regarding the market research reports generated through your use of the Service: you retain full ownership of the inputs you provide. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, commercial license to use, reproduce, and distribute the reports generated specifically for your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InsightPulse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  3. Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated inaccuracies;
  4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

* AI is not perfect. Always verify critical business insights before making million-dollar decisions based on our reports.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account in the dashboard settings.
